Haigure is a Japanese meme that started from a Crayon Shin-chan movie of all things that eventually became fetish madness once the 3D Custom Girl community found out about it. Basically a Shin-chan movie had a bad guy that made people do a stupid dance in leotards while shouting his name, Haigure. It was a stupid nonsense joke that 2chan eventually had fun with, and then actual new Haigure lore somehow came into being and then it became a very strange subset of mind control/corruption stuff with a wacky magical girl trope bent to it. It is also, quite frankly, so insane that it becomes hilarious, especially when that other lore stuff just makes insane things happen and you just have to accept it.
