    Pretty much just the last arc, but I suggest re-reading the fullbringer arc. The anime cut out a lot of good stuff from it, including entire character arcs.

    I mean can I just buy a Gold subscription code card from EB (or whatever) and use that to change my existing standard account to Gold?
    I don't want to use a credit card or paypal, and I don't think you can use a prepaid visa card or whatever (I'm not interested in doing that either).

    It has been like 4 years since I had an Xbox Live account but I think you can do the subscription cards without a credit card on file.

    Yeah, I removed my payment info from all of my gaming accounts as a precaution after that big PSN hack several years ago. I've used nothing but codes and top-up cards on XBL ever since.
