Yes according to torrentfreak it's for real, apparently ETRG group is gone now too so no more releases from them

There have been kat mirrors since day 1 but I have yet to see any that actually have the entire original database intact. There are a few PSP/DS torrents that I specifically look for and if they aren't there then the database is incomplete.
