The city I live near isn't huge (about 100k or so) but has like 4 salvos stores (2 of which are tiny though) and some other used places, also crimeconverters. It's easy enough to find a used Wii usually.
Most of the time at work they don't get bundled with games we sell those separately, but there was a bundle a while back with a Wii fit board/game.
