Yeah it doesn't happen much but unfortunately when it does it's summer.
Stuff like that is inevitable if your population is increasing, everybody is running a/c flat out at the same time and the infrastructure hasn't been substantially augmented.

I think we've been pretty lucky in recent years tbh.
