    Probably could. If I recall correctly I have a decent rated 550W PSU, and the CPU is a Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition at 3.4GHz iirc.

    As long as it's a decent quality PSU it should be able to handle the load. Pretty sure the CPU would hold you back a bit though.
