I'd probably do it if there was a straight forward way to play backups on it, and a huge library of such backups existed.

My PSP already has a ton of old stuff on it anyway...I have 2 different CFWs on separate dual SD adaptors.

It's looking a lot more likely with this recent hack.

I think the few dumps that do exist were done using Black Fin, and I read somewhere that the dumps look "odd".

I don't think there are any proper, decrypted, games available right now. I meant that it's looking likely to happen in the future with this being a native hack and full access (seemingly?) to the filesystem.

I might be better off getting a spare unit. Since I've already finished Uncharted GA legit I guess Vita TV could be an option, although old handheld models are probably cheaper and easier to find.

The one I have has hardly been used at all (got it new) and I would prefer to use it occasionally to do some trophies.
I have a grip kit for it so it feels much more like a proper controller, but if I want to use that on another unit I would need to get another slim.

I got both of my VTVs on a sale, the second was $20 new.

Cheapest I could get atm is $70au new for just the bare console. That's about $53us.
Have to go into town today so I might check out some used prices locally...have been meaning to grab another memory card for mine anyway.

I just needed to see how far I could take it at this stage of the exploit. So far I got Molecule and VHDL installed, but VHDL is quite complex to get running and takes over one of your legit games' bubble icons. Apparently VHDL can get you hooked up with PSP/PSone games, but it is even more difficult to do at this point. I don't really need any emulators right now, but I will soon.

I bet that PSP games will be running within the week, so Im ready for it when they are.

Yeah they REALLY wanted them gone here. The $20 price point was pretty crazy.
