The people that make the rules for private trackers have no dedication. They force the same rules on people that don't have good net speeds as those that do have good speeds but don't want to seed. Choosing not to seed and being actually restricted are 2 different things.no dedication, got it.
This is why private trackers suck...it's only for people that have decent connections.
