Where was it that you downloaded SCP on your own?
Was it here - http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-XInpu...DS2-Controller ?
That is the original that is no longer maintained by the original Author.
If your controller still fails to be read in epsxe with the newer SCP in the github link il help you set up the better alternative RetroArch but just remember all of this is a learning experience and you can't let it get to you.
