Well it's a PS2 game. You can only go so far.

The PC version is worth playing. Grab some mods like some of the extended space battle stuff and you're good to go. And it's an old game so even if your specs suck or have an old laptop it will still run perfectly.

It's multi-plat. The PS2 version would be at the bottom of the pile, but I guess the PSP version might be worse idk
PC version should play on just about anything now since it's so old, but I have no idea if win10 is a problem.
Xbox version afaik had slightly better gfx, load times and downloadable content (which is pretty much the story for any title available on both platforms) the PS2 version didn't, but obviously PC has everything plus heaps of mods.
Both PS2 and Xbox don't have online now, officially anyway.
