really appreciate the suggestion, but option one is off the table, too much behind the scenes with browser stuffs going on i don't trust. (and mega never works on my setups, but it sure a shit creates one hell of a pagefile, and then craps out telling me 'unable to save file due to pagefile limitations'??? yet, nothing saves?? fuck that!)
as for the other, i'll look into it when i have the time.

I haven't uploaded a crapton to Mega but not once have I ever had any problems. I use 7zip, ultra compression, split archives with encryption and a password. I don't think my archives (or parts) have ever been larger than 700MB (probably smaller on Mega actually...it might have been some Filefactory shares I had as 700MB splits).really appreciate the suggestion, but option one is off the table, too much behind the scenes with browser stuffs going on i don't trust. Yeah, Mega downloads the entire encrypted file, then decrypts it for you whilst it's sitting in your browser. It's odd, but it works as a security measure.
