I think the exceptions are many of the games I've looked at myself. The only things that tend to be not included are maybe exclusive pre-order DLC, or crappy little things like skins and shit that don't actually do anything. I don't look at MMOs so maybe that's why you're seeing a lot of restricted SPs.

Not necessarily MMO, but I know Borderlands series is the way I described, Destiny is, and I'm sure CoD would be if they didn't release a new game each year. I think Halo is going to do it as well.

Borderlands 1 and 2 have DRM free DLC on 360 so I never bought them at all Yep you can use that stuff on an unmodded console and still be 100% legit (no ban).

Grabbed some PCE games last night. Alien Crash, Victory Run and Cho Aniki (just for Warrior!). Cho Aniki actually looks like a solid shooter, but I think the consensus is that Ai Cho Aniki is better.
