It seems they are going to use Kingdom Hearts battle system for it, which isn't surprising since KH was directed by Nomura. I haven't played KH myself but from what I heard it's actually not that much different from traditional turn based systems. You still have your menu system for all the strategic attacks, combos, magic, etc. but the bits that you would normally just select "attack" from the menu, you actually play in real time now. Unless I'm getting all of this wrong, then it is an actual improvement over the older system which is fitting for a remake.Originally Posted by Santa Raype
