Going to the Portland Retro Gaming Expo this weekend!Will be taking the bus to Seattle and riding with a friend the rest of the way. Catching the bus at 1:30 in the morning, I'm crossing my fingers that I can just sleep through the ride.

Well I'm glad that Okinawa is having a mini ComicCon tomorrow. I went to the one in Australia and hope there is something interesting for this one to offer.

Those commercial conventions are awful and are too based around selling over priced merchandise than having a good con atmosphere.
A lot of cons I have gone to before take place in hotels and have this really laidback atmosphere were people actually play games of every sort.
Public transport where I live isn't bad.
