Install QuickPar, make sure the relevant par2 is in the same folder/directory as the archive, double click the par2, let QuickPar scan, hit repair.
If you need extra blocks to repair the uploader may oblige. But usually if you just redownload a part you will get what you need.

    Edit:
Oh and if you're using something other than a PC running M$ OS you'll need a QuickPar alternative...

Yeah it seems a little daunting initially but it's actually quite simple

Many people mess up by not having the par2 in the same place as the archive, and/or they create their own par2 data because they get confused.

So one last dumb question. I am looking at goldeneye on wii. I see the 2 links for par2 blocks. Even with both qp is saying I need 7005 more blocks? How is this blocks thing working? Are they game specific files? How do I get more of them?

Link to the thread please. Going by the blocks it appears that would be the entire download or close to it.

You'll need to download all the links from the txt file. It should be a split archive so multiple parts (not just one file/download).
Use the attached par2, the link inside the spoiler is for extra blocks if required.
