Start playing Exhibition matches (1vs1, no bots; rubberband required to grind like a pro) with the same wheels until you get the trophy. You should get it when you've driven 70Km aprox. as opposed to the 500Km required to get the trophy. They are fixing it real soon.

I have never used a guide for anything. I enjoy figuring stuff out for myself. That trophy itself seemed like a massive grindfest which is the only reason I would even consider it. Not to mention there is no way of tracking your miles on Rocket League. The tires you attach are supposed to keep track by mileage when you look at them while customizing your car but they don't keep track of online matches which is where like 80% of my matches are.I'm sure such a bug would be mentioned in a trophy guide, they usually are (and info about patches that crush such bugs)
