nope 7 had to update DX when i first tried to install then program then after it installed I tried using it and got told I need DX10 and my laptop may not be compatible with it so i don't know wtf is going on.Update?

Make sure you have the latest version of DirectX and that your video card drivers are up to date.
If you continue to receive this error even after installing DirectX, you could try using DXFix.
