Gotta use a character at your skill level and know what to do at the right moment in time, my best example is its like chess but in real time.
some fighters are slow,some are fast, fighting weak opponents is no fun at all, best for a even match or someone who is a tad stronger than you then its a rush trying to out do yourself but usually il get my ass kicked .
But thats the only way to get better is fighting tough dudes and reflex learning .

When I played Street Fighter 2(I think) I had trouble defeating Sagat, I found out that Chun li was the only character that was fast enough. I enjoy fighting games,I'm just bad at them.

Fightcade is great since it does not need port forwarding.
