I currently earn £7.92 an hour, like £0.90 more than the store's own Section Leaders do, they practically run the stores. I'm in charge of a team of 3 people

Well here they're cutting anyone's contract that works over 20 hours as much as they can. I also overheard a conversation where they were saying they want everyone doing more work than they're paid to do, "just push them as far as we can without them realising".
