One of my fav things to cook is Salisbury steak (consisting of ground beef) with caramelized onions and mushrooms with beef gravy simmered for a long time / roasted garlic mashed potatoes and a good veggie

Oh it is, it is, Il tell ya exactly how to make it if ya want, my grandparents loved it ............ when they were alive............made it for them alot, they loved Slumgullion too, which is basically spaghetti with elbow noodles and large chunks of melted cheddar, that is some good shit right there.
