But even if you don't, or if it has been resealed, you return the game within 7 days (or whatever) to exchange for another copy.

Already brought it back, and honestly I tried looking at the disc but the lady basically pushed me away. I already got a new copy today, this time though since I knew the manager I did check the disc, he understood why too.
