It's not an autotitrator but a machine which measures alkalinity, which is the alternative method to titatration.

Personally the only other things we can turn to is an AA(atomic absorption) due to the high variety in samples we have. We deal in just about everything. Nickel, gold, titanium, zinc, cad, brass, copper, ect. Then the pre and post baths which can be chromates, pasivation acids, corrosion coating, ect. I'm not sure if we would ever turn to alkalinity testing.

We do water testing mostly so that's why alkalnity is looked at, there is a metals lab that analyses for nearly every single metal type, including Uranium but it's really just one machine that I will never use.

What does your company do? The only water testing the lab does here is conducticity. Aside from waste water which is done via colorimeter.
