Help running Front Mission 4 with PCX2 on my PC

I downloaded the ISO from here but I cant seem to figure out how to make it work. Im new to this so please bare with me here. LOL. Can someone please help me by giving me some advice and instructions on what I do to get this game to work? Ive been up all night trying to figure this out. THanks

Since you're new to emulating PCSX2, it is better for you to refer to the official guide over the main site.

Simply put, you have to configure the emulator first (PAD, Video plugins, bios, etc) before it can run any PS2 games you have downloaded.
It doesn't matter where you put the .ISO files on your computer, but make sure to choose the right directory path for it though, or else it won't run.
