I enjoy mostly that there is a certain level of guaranteed quality with regards to the fact they are smaller and give you an insance amount of info about where it came and how their farmers are keeping up.

It's not like a larger retailer where they have multiple sources for their tea types that process it similarly enough that they can buy it in bulk and mix it up. However, that could be a bit snobbish of me though.

Reading their blog is also a very pleasant experience. The occasional updates on how farmers/families are doing, an odd review or two, loans they give to farmers around the world to pursue or keep at their passion, among tournament updates.

I really enjoy when shop owners big or small keep closely with their clients.

It's even more fucked up because it all happened at their place because they like to play the "cool" parents. Parental supervision should be a thing with minors. They haven't even offered money to pay for the medical bills that are already coming in($400/month right now). Whenever she is at any of my parent's houses they aren't allowed to be in a room alone in private for an extended period of time or at all.

Maybe I'm just ranting for no reason right now, but it's nice to get it off my chance.
