Got my first (and probably only) piercings a few weeks ago too.Surprised at how cheap it was. Though I guess that varies based on what part you're getting pierced and how complicated it is? It's possible that my general discomfort around needles made me build it up in my head into some huge thing that it actually isn't, too.
