Since i'm a child, with Mario on the first Nitendo.
The original playstation
i got into gaming from resident evil 2
I've always been an arcade kind of guy. When I saw the NES at my friend's house I was constantly asking to spend the night there just so we could play.
As a kid I had the Atari 2600 and can remember playing Defender for hours on end. I never knew there wasn't really an end to that game.
Well; I always was into pinball machines, drinkin' my sorry ass to oblivion into weird places, and somehow they acquired arcade machines, so I played games on them and it was funnier than those goddamn pinballs. Next thing I knew, buddie so' mine bought some computer stuff, prolly Commodore 64 or Schneider computer, I played some games with'em, it was fun, so I actually bought myself a game console when the Sega Master System was released in Europe.
And I've been a gamer for nearly 30 years since then.
Though I tend to play only RPG's, because I don't find action games or platformers appealing anymore. And I tremendously suck at fightin' games.
Always had an interest growing up. I remember in the 70's when my parents hooked up the pong game to the tv. I thought it was the best thing ever. Later got an amstrad cpc and spent most of my childhood playing on that. I'm 42 now and the bug never went away. Don't think it will. People don't understand that guys who grew up with the video game evolution are addicted...regardless of age.
Started playing on a sony playstation. Final Fantasy VII was the game that got me into gaming.
I started out by playing super mario brothers
gameboy - way back in 1989
i got a buzz
Playing on my brother's old Gameboys as a kid. He probably had all of them and quite a few games :3
Being grounded for 6 months for petty theft to play games at the arcade. Been playing ever since
Gaming is awesome entertainment, the advances, the motion, the sleeplessnes, the thril, the sweet adrenaline. AWESOME!!!
Dang you old man, but awesome games though, well asteroids confused me.
Gameboy was a good system.

Born into it. My mother already had a Super Nintendo and Game Boy, and she grew up with Atari, so it's basically been in my blood.
