Your hours might increase over time and if you ever want to look for another job having a job looks better on your C.V./Resume.

I've been considering grabbing a second "I don't give a fuck job" for the future.

Actually the description says hours aren't subject to change, sadly enough. And my friend, (Who worked for UPS as well) said that they normally re-hire people after their temps are done. Except the one I'm being interviewed for. I dunno. Maybe I should keep looking. 'Cause working that few hours just, doesn't work.

If you're offered the job, take it for the time being and keep your eye out for something else. It's work and you'll at least get a reference out of it for when you apply elsewhere.

We can hope. I'll find out tomorrow I guess.

    $2 is more than $0.

Not only that, but I started out at the sandwich shop at just below part time as a laborer and am now a Supervisor with a General Manager position promised to me come the next month or so. Work hard and door open up.

It's possible that it's not even worth the gas for him to drive to work at that point.

Honestly it's not even worth wasting gas for. Just like Gyp said. It's bullshit but oh well. I was really excited for this job too. Guess it's time to look some more...

Normally I'd agree, but if it's only a temp contract and the reference/experience helps him get another job it's worth it.

Plus it gets him active again which I suspect is going to help in itself. As long as he's breaking even I'd say just do it, especially if it's only a couple of hours a week.

It's your choice, but do at least make sure you go to the interview. Don't skip out on it just because.

I'm going. If I can find the damned place. I looked up the directions on Google Maps and well. It's not even found. I'm so far from confused right now.
