Yeah, I mean he could've been asking $2200 for it like this CL ad is for a Black Tiger cab. I don't even think it's original, looks like a conversion.

I mean, the Gauntlet cab is going to need a little bit of work, but that is going to be half the fun. Restoring it to it's proper glory!

What's funny is I saw two Gauntlet cabs that both sold on eBay for 2000+ somewhat recently. Though they were in a bit better condition than mine.

Yeah I commented on the ebay aspect a bit earlier. This is a very niche market and everything is only worth what someone is willing to pay. I think you could look at this and say both of you did well. Did he mention if other people had contacted him?

Anyway, I'll save full comments for after I've played Last Story but so far I've been unimpressed with the Op Rainfall games (I know they have nothing to do with the games, but they are just kind of associated now).

Exactly, we both got what we wanted. He just wanted more space for some other auctions. I got an excellent deal on an awesome cab. Where he lived and looking at his house. He sure wasn't selling them because he needed the money.

Well yeah, for the most part this is a hobby for the wealthy. Or you just don't have as many hobbies. Like I could collect cabs but I'd have to give up multiple other hobbies so it's not worth it for me.
