Also does it matter if you simply wipe out all the ghouls in "Come Fly Away With Me" quest in New Vegas given to you by that dude that hangs out in the Dinosaur in Novak. I've always found that quest to be boring and dull and would rather rush it if possible.

If you have a high science skill you can make the rockets crash I did that once. Forgot the concesquences though. I think the guy still helps you if you do that. I've never wiped them out before.
