Imagine it being over 40 and people still needing to go about their business. The roads are literally melting and stuff like that.

Yeah, it was somewhat common in Tehran, mid summer.

Places like that would be terrible. We don't get summers full of 40+ days here but honestly if it's 30c that isn't a bad day, just normal. Winter doesn't get really cold either tbh, like it hardly ever snows.

We actually broke some records a few weeks back and went up past 40 but it was further in the interior. Winter isn't too horrible here either (that I've seen so far only been here a few years) it's a weird climate area.

Tehran gets really cold in winters, specially the northern parts that are high on the mountain. I actually like it this way, hot summers, cold winters, mild springs and falls. Just how it should be.

I don't mind the cold but I really hate mid to high 30's. I've spent most of my life here but I prefer the Irish climate tbh.
The sun really does hurt my eyes

Fixing my girlfriends family laptop. If it was a dog I would have shot it already. I think I've stolen that line from the IT crowd.

So I finally finished watching the last few ep's of 24 S9 last night.

Jack beheading the Chinese torturer was a surprise, I thought Americans were against that kind of thing.

Just heard Studio Ghibli is shutting down. :/ What a sad day for animation.

Yeah I read about that. I've never seen a film of theirs before but I know a friend of mine that is going to be devastated.

While ordering a rice keeper and Thermos I decided to get Amazon Prime. Hopefully will take good advantage over the shipping here soon. (learning how to cook and buying shit to cook with).
