Final Fight Sega Mega CD (Japanese Version)

Been looking all over for the Japanese (untainted) version of Final Fight for the Sega Mega CD (Sega CD) the past couple of days, as a 'certain' website went down last weekend (which had this in a heartbeat).

BIN/CUE would be great, but wouldn't even mind having an ISO & MP3/WAV dump, if possible.

Any help would be appreciated, and would offer generous help/exchange with anything somebody might possibly need in return.

Here it is "removed" japan version Final Fight CD without censure, with better voice acting, iso cue image format and audio in wav format, game working without problem on Fusion364 emulator (dont forget japan bios).
