The sound is probably leaking from your headphones a lot more than you realise.
Either that or you're just making a tonne of noise yourself. People tend to be really oblivious to this shit when their headphones are drowning it all out.
Try playing with the headphones off, muting the game and seeing how loud you actually are.

Alright I'll give it a try.
But the reason I'm mad is that he's not exactly "silent" either, he plays music until 3-4 AM and I can hear it whenever I take off my headphones, but I don't go complaining to my landlord. :\
He didn't even tell me anything, went straight to the landlord.
And no matter how much noise I make, it's definitely not enough for him to "not be able to sleep". I'm not having a fucking party, I'm playing some game with my headphones on.

It's not just about LPs.
The controversy is that gaming video media, which became popular for people who were just people talking about videogames, has become openly more "corrupt." Unlike major websites and publications, where we have simply made rumors towards people being paid off for good reviews or advertisement, there's been proof popping up in video media, like Machina not telling their audience about posting videos to shill the Xbox One. The good news is that this is mostly a minority action, with a lot of video producers who do get paid by developers or publishers are open about it and don't necessarily let that money affect their judgement on a title. That last Xbox Summer of Arcade had a lot of video producers doing reviews of select titles after being contacted by Microsoft, but the ones I watched all told it upfront and even ripped into a few games, so I felt satisfied with their coverage. This is a major issue, though, because it shows video media is no longer a proper alternative to the possibly corrupt professional written media, because it can be proven that money is involved from the source.
In other news, the new Sailor Moon series is a gift from god.
