Well I know PCSX2 runs PS2 games on Full HD Res (like this) and ePSXe has some plugins that really improve the rendering. I also can confirm that Gens plays the games much better than an actual Mega Drive. The rest of the consoles I either haven't emulated or I never had the actual console to compare.

It's just up-scaled textures, not "full" HD, also how's the compatibility on those emulators, 100%?

afaik Pier Solar can be easily emulated, but the emulation community has decided to be pretty cool guys and not support it for now so people would buy it. (Or something like that)
