Frozen Synapse isn't really a "bad" game, just one I hate with every fiber of my being. It's like if a PC dev from the early 90s was handed modern technology and really loved terrible Hollywood sci-fi movies; the controls are incredibly obtuse and hard to properly see at times, the script is filled with the most pointless technobabble ever imagined, and trying to play the single player campaign is mostly a game of "oh boy I hope the computer doesn't do something smart."
Went on sale for like $2 during Steam sale, not worth

My girlfriend is like, 200% done with me. We're both Wonder Trading on Pokemon Y, and I keep getting the good Pokemon. So far I've gotten 3 Eevees, 2 Charmanders, and a Froakie. She slammed her 3DS shut and walked off.

I played Frozen Synapse for a few hours and found the controls pretty simple to use, the problem I had was that the game was pretty dull after playing for a few hours.

You've never seen Kouen's gamelist then, he has 1,200 I think.

I wouldn't. Except for Mario 64 those are throwaway games cart only. Not a fan of N64 games that are still low value CIB. Plus I like to stay closer to 1:1 on in demand valuable games. It'd be different if I was trading say something like ISS Soccer 2000. For that I'd take like 15 games that add up to the total value. I'm weird.

You could probably get a cart only Conkers or both Zelda games gold cart for PoR, that's what I'd aim for if you were gonna do a trade.

Ugh don't get me started on badges. I just get rid of all those trading cards as soon as they drop in. I'm amazed people actually pay money for them but it usually gets me a couple of free games. Only thing those cards are good for.

At a certain point, you'd think you need to just stop and play the games you have.

Yeah, get badges to level up in steam so you ultimately have more smileys brilliant.

Someone at Valve should be promoted for coming up with that idea when you consider how much money they probably made from badges.

Looking at sales history I've seen people pay 20-30 euros for a single card. I'm not too surprised, though. If people could pay money to buy platinum trophies, I'm 100% confident many would. (not even joking here)

Yeah I tend to sell most of my cards, nets me a few euros to be used up when I buy something.

Of course people would buy plats. As long as it didn't denote it was a bought plat.
