I wanna write a story about a bisexual psycho obsessed with pop culture and an angry white college guy with really good grades going on a violent crime spree while bickering with each other like a married couple. You know, before the angry white guy brings out a gun. And every chapter would be named off of some sort of popular rock or rap song about being angry, loving excess or being generally fucked up. The entire thing would be a take down of the concept of the American dream.

Only problem; I am not good at long, seemingly meaningless but entertaining dialog.

I gave it an eight out of ten myself, despite how much my brain was screaming at me that it was filled with terrible things, like casual misogyny and the whole incest thing. The reason the show worked for me is because of how utterly ridiculous it is; it makes a joke out of just about every element it presents and uses that stuff to subvert expectations. It's basically the Bad Boys II of anime (in terms of fun/quality, not subject matter); stupid and obviously bad for you, but I could watch both over and over.

WIXOSS, Ping Pong and Captain Earth were my favorites this season.

WIXOSS was sweet. I loved the art direction and the weird horror techno thing the score started going for. If you want to see the lesser show from the same writer, see M3, which is the most obtuse thing I've seen in awhile.
