To answer your question Zal, the PC version is fine - I have it and have played plenty of it. I only ever installed a few of the patches and never bothered with modding the game, but I had no issues with it whatsoever.
Didn't it have some sort of improper memory dump/flush and that's why it started to crap out after a couple of hours??? Anyhow I may try it once I beat a few more things and clear up some more space. Already Platted and got the full gamer score though so don't know why I would

    This.

All their games are pretty flawless on PC, and if they do have an issue the PC community seems to get around to fixing it before an official patch even shows up. I've played pretty much all of their games on 360 mainly, and didn't have too many problems really, but NV definitely had some issues. I remember falling through rocks and getting stuck and not being able to teleport and other weird shit like that.

Skyrim though is a whole other bag of shit on PS3 from what I've heard. To this day I'm not sure if all the expansions ever got released - I know Bethesda threw in the towel at one point and basically said fuck PS3.

Yeah, that's the biggest problem with Skyrim on PS3... the further you get in the game, the more memory it takes up until it pretty much kills itself
Bethesda and PS3 just don't get along for some reason. They can't develop for that system worth a shit.

Holy crap once again sat here without a smoke for almost five hours. Shitters. Normally I'm pretty close to being a chain smoker.

Good Good, now trying to keep going with that record
THE BEST METHOD to run PSX games (and everything else for that matter) is via Retroarch - http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/
If you have any questions on how to set it up on Windows please feel free to ask, its very easy.
