Hell even Inferno went through FF7 and 9 recently and he isn't known for playing rpgs.

I played FF's back when I was playing a lot of psx games. They were good games back then but hardware has moved on, so games don't need to be limited like that.

Games like Demon's Souls, Dark Souls, Dragon's Dogma and the like are interesting. I haven't tried Dragon's Crown yet.

Actually, that just made me think of the 2 Xcom games I tried fairly recently. Enemy Unknown was painful, but The Bureau is ok. I should go back and finish that
