I'm gonna use it until I can give my Winged Spear Lightning. Then I should be set forever.

Who cares about fighting games anyway.
Spoiler warning:
They're pretty hardcore rpg, and the farming/grinding that is forced onto you is rather tiresome.
But I found Demon's Souls to be ok for one play through anyway. Pity that I need to do NG+ onwards (which gets pretty difficult for me anyway) to get the
Dark Souls, yeah I gave up once I got to Ornstein and Smough. My melee character wasn't up to it plus I was playing the whole thing offline.

Oh yeah, I was going off gameplay style rather than where they were developed![]()
It's a debatable point. People argue about them being J or W. To me it's pretty obvious, but it's just an opinionThey may look like western games at first glance, but they don't feel like it.
If they were actually WRPG they wouldn't be so difficult...and overall would be boring, easy games like Arcania or something like that.
Because without the constant dying, badass bosses, NG+ onwards leaps in difficulty and if you're online; the threat of being arse-raped they aren't very big games and don't have much going for them except for some spells and weapon crafting.
Spoiler warning:
The thought of being arse raped just doesn't appeal to me. Online or offline.![]()
Really I'd say Dragon's Dogma is better, but it's much easier.
I enjoy a slight challenge though...like I said Demon's Souls was ok for one play through.
