I absolutely loved Braid. Everything about it is fantastic -- the mechanics are fun, the puzzles are challenging, the story is very interesting, the art style is wonderful. I had a lot of fun with that game.

I've been playing through Dragon Fantasy Book II on Vita. I started it months ago then kind of stopped playing games for a bit. I'm just getting back to it now. Mildly entertaining and a nice throwback to old-school RPGs without having to deal with grinding, but it attempts to force the "gamer humour" a bit too much and gets annoying sometimes, and for a game released in 2013 the menus and whatnot are incredibly clunky to use. Too much design for nostalgias sake can be a bad thing.
