There's a couch to 5k program that could help also help you to, it's pretty simple, just alternate running and walking, also try go as slowly as possible at the start, you should never start off fast, build up a decent speed, starting off fast just winds you.

Also, since yesterday's walk/run was an introduction and only made me work hard for about a minute, I'll start the real workout today.
