I'm nearly dying due to cold and constant coughs, that will make me expel my lungs at some point!
Spent the whole weekend in bed, at least I've played some PS1 and original XBox.
    Ouch. Get well soon.

As for me, I'm just busy at work, as per usual, really.

But seriously, talking about games you really should travel here, Okinawa has arcades that makes the arcades I've been to look so lame.
Google Round One Okinawa and you'll see.
I'll keep that in mind. Still, for now, back to work. Break's about over. I bloody wish they'd hire a few more people so the job would be just a tad less mindbreaking.

I'm in it today. I went for a walk/run yesterday using Zombies5K. Since it's a story based thing, it was mostly just a way to introduce you to the story and how the app works. It's pretty good, man. Like, it has voice acting and a lot of story.

I think it you want to keep up the motivation for running sign yourself up for a short 5k run, because if you have a race to run for you WILL stay motivated.

The problem is that I can't run for more than 30secs at >75% max effort. I can jog for about two minutes at a time, though. As you can see, I'm terribly out of shape with incredibly bad endurance. I wouldn't even be able to finish a 5K with my current level of fitness.

I just watched my first football match. Arsenal vs Hull City. I want to be able to do that in a year. Not at that level obviously, but I want to be able to run around and change direction and jump and dive and for 90 minutes without more than a minute or two of stopping.

There's a couch to 5k program that could help also help you to, it's pretty simple, just alternate running and walking, also try go as slowly as possible at the start, you should never start off fast, build up a decent speed, starting off fast just winds you.
