Not to defend either of them, but I wouldn't say one is more evil than the other, they're definitely both sitting at the same level of awful.I think Comcast actually beat them this year for the turd award. EA is a truly awful/evil company, but in all fairness there are much worse companies out there

As the extras go I do think the figure is the weak link. The other two more unique extras (plushie, replica watch) are pretty cool.
