I also sleep with a fan running because of it, and I have an app on my phone that plays a distant thunderstorm. Makes sleeping much easier.

I have a fan going when I sleep too.Mostly to drown out noise(I'm a very light sleeper).

My step mother and half sister have voices that can wake the dead, I'm startled very easily
