My ex-wife used to have chronic migraines. Do you happen to keep a migraine journal? Also, there's some migraine abortive medications that seem to work pretty well. Such as Imitrex, which my ex used to take and helped her quite a bit.

I've never taken Imitrex.I have trouble getting doctors to listen to me.I think it has to do with my upper back/neck being fucked up too.

It's probably because most doctors who see people who "have migraines'. Usually stereotype them as prescription drug abusers. Which is unfair, but there are a lot of them out there who only want a script for hydros or what have you. It took a while for my ex to finally convince a doctor to listen to her.

She also had a neck problem that stemmed from a car accident when she was a lid. She ended up seeing a chiropractor as well for a while. That also helped her migraines out quite a bit.

Without that picture, I'd agree. I've been out in town and they're sooooooo nice. However that not looking people in the eye stuff baffles me. For some reason it's disrespectful to look another in the eye here.

All the time. There's no such thing as silence. It's always the sound of an old tube type tv warming up.

    I know that feel.

I also sleep with a fan running because of it, and I have an app on my phone that plays a distant thunderstorm. Makes sleeping much easier.

I have a fan going when I sleep too.Mostly to drown out noise(I'm a very light sleeper).
