You scramble the eggs with a lil bit of milk, in a kinda shallow nukable bowel, 1 min then check to see if its solid in the middle if so flip it over and slap on a piece of cheese then nuke it a bit more for around 30 seconds (itil expand like a balloon so you really gotta watch it )

Slap on bread, I likes it with mayo

Edit: forgot to mention make sure to use nonstick cooking spray on the bowel so the egg dont stick .
