Uncharted doesn't have stupid trophies like that. Crushing for 2 and 3 is a little difficult but even I got through them.
Many of them just require playing a chapter partially (on the easiest setting)...although if you miss a lot of treasures you can spend a bit of time gathering them all.

Pretty much why trophies suck, just meant to piss you off and to artificially extend a games play time
