Default Dynasty Warriors 4 pcsx2 configuration

I've been trying to figure out the configuration settings for dynasty warriors 4. I've tried what seems like everything from setting to defaults, turning on/off the speedhacks...Here's my computer's specs:
    Manufacturer:Toshiba
    Modelatellite A665
    Processor:Intel(R) Core(TM)i3 CPU M 370 @ 2.40 GHz
    Installed Memory:8.00G (7.80G usable)
    System Type:64 Bit OS
I averaging between 17 and 25 fps on this .iso. I know that this isn't a gaming laptop, and I'm not looking for "perfect" gameplay, but I have Dynasty Warriors:Gundam 2 and it works pretty good. I WAS having the same problem on that rom as Dynasty Warriors 4 which is when u look at a lot of enemies the HUD disappears and it starts skipping but I got Gundam 2 working so I figured I could get this one working as well. I even tried using the exact same settings for Dynasty Warriors 4 as I'm using for Gundam 2, but it's not working. Anything I'm missing??

Sounds like a laptop and probably an integrated gpu. Try running in software mode and see if you get a boost.
