I have not been able to find this on this site, and since it is literally the best rugby game ever made, i was wondering what the chances were of it being uploaded or how to go about finding a copy of this for the emulator.

Its not that hard to setup, you need to get scph1001.bin bios , thats about it

That isn't what the OP is requesting. Linking to another site is only allowed in exceptional circumstances and I don't think this qualifies.
