Yeah, I was referring to the original 360, back in the day before you could install the games to the HDD. After that it was obviously quiet, but sometimes the fan would still kick on.
As far as the PS4 though, there's basically no noise at all. You can hear a disc spin when starting a game, but after that it's quiet.
Installing made almost every game run and load faster, besides Fallout titles.
I was at GameSlop yesterday looking for a charge cable (cause the cable that came with the PS4 is short as hell, just like the PS3), and they still had XBones available for sale. I wasn't terribly surprised, since the Wii U was the exact same.... pretty much couldn't give the thing away.
But the PS4s were all sold out![]()
Wii U will come back, as soon as Nintendo actually release the titles it should've done a while ago. I came for awesome sidescrolling, adventuring, blast the fuck out of ridley, blue shell a fuck, and brawl for all, Nintendo. Not more BS I intend to skip until later, like AC4, or Ghosts.
"I am... Sheik. One of the last of the Sheikah tribe..."
Yeah, I know - the only reason people buy Nintendo systems is for Nintendo games. That's painfully obvious these days, Ninty is just retarded for not getting more of their first party stuff out in a timely manner. Oh well, doesn't affect me one way or the other. I don't buy their stuff so frankly I don't care.
Since deadlegion is nowhere to be seen, it looks like I need to do his job today and be negative nancy by posting failure articles for his precious XBone.
