Just discs in jewel case were like $50-60
And they wonder why gamers usually wait for the prices to get knocked down.

These last few day-offs were not nearly as productive as I had hoped. Going to bed now.

It was released in '98 iirc.
Pretty much disowned by Bethesda, but they still try to stop people from sharing it.
It can be a pain to get running on modern systems; it was designed to work with a voodoo card afaik.

THE BEST METHOD to run PSX games (and everything else for that matter) is via Retroarch - http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/
If you have any questions on how to set it up on Windows please feel free to ask, its very easy.

How bout you pay those devs so they can stop throwing DRM Protection shit in their games and actually release a product worthy of gaffing off my paycheck.
It makes me feel like the best times has passed. You know, the times where Nintendo wasn't making shit just for kids and PS and XBOX were gods for 3rd party developers.

Not sure what the DS specs are, but the game is SVGA (640x480).
I've never heard of it running on anything but M$, Mac and Linux systems. And I think the last two required some extra effort.

Redguard runs in MS-DOS through the XnGine engine, however the CD-ROM shipped with the Windows-only InstallShield installation program, and features a software renderer as well as a hardware accelerated Glide renderer.
There are a handful of games that are similar.

    One 67.028 MHz ARM946E-S[2] and one 33.514 MHz ARM7TDMI 4 MB RAM
Scratch my last statement about DS specs. You can clearly see they are the same.

    Yeah, probably a bit worse.
The game needs 32MB of ram and I wouldn't be surprised in the cpu is like 90-100Mhz.
Plus it needs a dedicated video card with hardware rendering.
So the DS is worse than a PC that's 15 years old

33/66Mhz with 4MB ram is like 486 power
I might have a 486 with more ram than that. Or the parts anyway.

Well all of the DS crap is flashed away on cards that could hold up to 512 mb, although rarely we will ever see a game made that well, on the system. So, with the card and processor, it's exactly the same
